Getting set up
A protective gel pad goes on the skin and the applicator is positioned. It uses gentle suction to draw the tissue into the cooling cup, which feels like pulling rather than pain.

The cooling
The first few minutes feel intensely cold. Within five to ten minutes the area goes numb and the discomfort fades. Most people read or scroll their phone from there on.

Finishing up
The applicator comes off and Gia massages the area, which helps break down the frozen fat cells. It feels intense for a moment but lasts only a couple of minutes.

Does fat freezing hurt?
The first five to ten minutes feel cold with a firm pulling sensation. After that the area goes numb and most people settle in. Plenty of clients read or scroll their phone through it. Uncomfortable at the start rather than painful throughout. Allow 30-60 minutes per area.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people treat an area once and are happy with it. If you want to take it further, a second session on the same area is usually spaced four to six weeks later. Gia will tell you at your suitability check what is realistic for the area you have in mind.
Is fat freezing safe?
